Yoga + Smoothies for Wednesday, March 15, 2023
Enjoy a 45 minute lesson in the practice of yoga with Pam Quinn. Designed for all body types and all levels. Class begins with focused breathing leading to gentle movement and finally deep relaxation. Lengthen and strengthen all muscle groups including your cardiovascular system. Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
Smoothies will be served after class. 15++ per person.
