2024 Mixed Couples Championship Sunday, June 30, 2024

BOX LUNCH & DINNER INCLUDED FOLLOWING THE ROUND

Rules:

USGA rules and Scramble rules will govern the competition, except where modified by the Chapman Stroke Play rules of play.
A)      You may place your ball within 6 inches of the original ball’s location, but not nearer the hole.
B)       If your partner is playing a Titleist ball & you would rather play a Nike, you may switch balls.

Flights:
Couples Division - Must be of the same household or significant other based on the club bylaws
Mixed Team Division
                                          

Format:
Scotch Chapman Stroke Play (Alternate Shot)
Handicap Comprised of 60% of Players A's Handicap and 40% of PLayer B's Handicap

Alternate Shot – Each player will hit their tee shot.  Players will then switch and hit each other’s ball for the second shot.  After selecting the best shot, each team will alternate shots until the ball is holed.  (If player A’s shot is selected, then player B will hit the third shot and player A will hit the fourth shot, ETC.  This procedure is repeated until the ball is holed.

Ties:
If we have a tie for the overall championship, we will have a sudden death playoff starting on hole #1.

Tees:
Women will play from the GREEN Tees
Men will play from the GRAY Tees

White Tee Rule is in effect for the event
